Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are a major occupational health problem, especially in labor-intensive construction work. Reinforced concrete carvers face high ergonomic and physiological demands that increase musculoskeletal complaints. This analytical cross-sectional study involved 35 workers in Ketewel Village, Bali, using total sampling. Work posture was assessed with REBA, workload with 10-second working heart rate, and complaints with the Nordic Body Map. Spearman analysis showed strong correlations between posture and complaints (r=0.767, p<0.001), workload and complaints (r=0.624, p<0.001), and posture and workload (r=0.708, p<0.001). Gamma analysis showed very strong associations between REBA and MSD severity (γ=0.905, p<0.001) and workload and MSD severity (γ=0.872, p=0.001). Improving posture and managing workload are essential strategies to reduce MSD risk among reinforced concrete carvers at work.
