This study discusses the design of a Creative Community Hub integrated with TOD principles to improve the quality of public space, strengthen intermodal connectivity, and support the growth of the creative economy. A qualitative descriptive method was employed through literature review, field observation, precedent studies, and site analysis. The design process adopted TOD principles, including walkability, connectivity, mixed-use development, density, compactness, and transit integration. The proposed design positions the Creative Community Hub as an intermediary space that integrates educational, recreational, and commercial functions within a unified development while providing pedestrian-friendly environments directly connected to surrounding transit facilities. The project is expected to enhance the vitality of the Setiabudi area and contribute to the creation of a more inclusive, connected, and sustainable urban environment.
